Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please keep in mind weather, holidays, and issues related to the carrier can impact delivery times and are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates
We offer a free economy shipping tier on order of $50 or more (before tax), in the continental US. For orders under this tier, the shipping rate is calculated through the carriers and may include a handling charge. Please see the chart below for details.

 

Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We encourage local customers who have a P.O. box to take advantage of our free curbside pickup.
